Emma Pace serves as the Chief People Officer and Global Head of HR for Baringa Partners since January 2019. Prior experience includes roles as the Global Head of Talent & Learning and Acting Head of HR at PA Consulting Group, and various leadership positions within Barclays and Credit Suisse focused on learning and talent development. Emma has also contributed to BP as the UK Head of Training & OD. Educational qualifications include a degree in Human Resources from the University of West London.
