Helen Kilvington

Helen Kilvington is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Chief People Officer UK at Credera since April 2019, where the focus is on tailored consulting and building authentic client relationships. Previously, Helen held positions such as People Director and Head of HR at Equiniti, managing HR functions for IT and Enabling Functions, and was involved in M&A support. Helen also has extensive experience at Deloitte in HR Advisory roles and served as a Senior HR Consultant with RBS, contributing to various HR initiatives across the Corporate Banking Division. Early career roles include Learning and Development Manager at Nationwide Building Society. Helen holds an MA in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster and a BA in Drama from St Mary’s University, Twickenham.
