Helen Moss

Helen Moss is a Partner at Baringa, having joined the company in 2016 to enhance the People, Talent and Change team, eventually leading the change team. With extensive experience in guiding clients through complex transformation journeys, Helen focuses on developing and implementing change programs that achieve sustainable results and foster personal growth among participants. Prior to her current role, Helen served as a Director at Baringa, excelling in delivering large-scale transformational people change in regulated environments. Her previous experience includes a position as Senior Manager at EY Advisory. Helen holds a PhD in Biological and Pharmaceutical Science from Aston University and a BSc (Hons) in Health Sciences from UCE.
