Laveshni Reddy

Laveshni Reddy is currently a Partner at Baringa, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this, Laveshni served as a Management Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from March 2008 to February 2023, where significant projects included the implementation of Project and Portfolio Management for a global pharmaceutical company's R&D organization, the design of R&D operating models, market assessment strategies, global document management projects, account management vendor assessments, and new product launch readiness for biotechnology firms. Laveshni's earlier experience includes a consulting role at PAREXEL from August 2006 to February 2008 and a position as Business Development Manager at Huntingdon Life Sciences from 2003 to 2006. Laveshni holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Applied Mathematics from the University of Cape Town and has pursued legal education at BPP Law School.
