Philip Stanton is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in advisory and consulting roles. Currently serving as a Director in Finance, Risk & Compliance at Baringa Partners since October 2016, Philip has established and leads the CFO Advisory team, focusing on strategic advisory, global Finance Transformation, and regulatory compliance programs. Prior to this, Philip spent over a decade at IBM United Kingdom Ltd in various roles from Consultant to Associate Partner, contributing to the Financial Services Sector with complex finance transformations and regulatory projects. Earlier experience includes a position as a Senior Financial Analyst at Bank One and a Finance Manager role at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management, where Philip led financial analysis and reporting efforts. Educational credentials include studies at the University of Kent and the University of California, Berkeley, along with early education at Nottingham High School.
