Thomas Orr

Thomas Orr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial services strategy. Currently serving as Director of Financial Services (Net Zero Strategy) at Baringa Partners since August 2021, Thomas previously held multiple strategic roles at RBS from June 2010, including Strategy Principal and various managerial positions in Group Strategy and Commercial Banking. Key achievements involve leading RBS' five-year strategy review, managing the annual strategy cycle, and delivering impactful strategic recommendations to the Executive team. Thomas' career began as a Commercial Analyst at FirstGroup plc from June 2004 to June 2010. Thomas holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University and has qualifications from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
