Daniel van der Have

Daniel Van der Have is a Senior Associate in Private Equity Real Estate at Barings, having joined the company in October 2023. Prior to this role, Daniel served as an Investment Management Analyst and was involved in Asset Management at Dexus from September 2019 to October 2023, focusing on 25 Martin Place in Sydney. Earlier experience includes positions as Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager at Coutts from December 2017 to September 2019. Daniel holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University (2021-2023) and a Bachelor of Business and Commerce with a focus on Advanced Business Leadership in Property from Western Sydney University (2015-2017). Additionally, Daniel obtained an honorary credential in Economics from Fuzhou University in 2016 and is currently pursuing a Business and Financial Modeling Specialization through Wharton Online.
