Jack Clare

Jack Clare has extensive experience in real estate equity acquisitions, currently serving as Director at Barings since July 2018, after holding positions as Associate Director and Analyst in the same field. At Barings, the Real Estate team focuses on diverse investment opportunities worldwide across private debt and equity markets. Prior to Barings, Jack worked as a Multifamily Sales Intern at CBRE and KETTLER, as well as a Marketing Specialist at KETTLER, where significant contributions included developing a comprehensive expense database and a renovation value model. Jack's early internships at KETTLER, including efforts that improved occupancy at a 752-unit apartment complex, reflect a strong foundation in real estate management. Jack holds a degree from Indiana University Bloomington and graduated from St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School.
