Jefferson Monastoque

Jefferson Monastoque currently serves as the Director of the Fixed Income Investment Platform at Barings since August 2023, focusing on High Yield investments and trading solutions within the investment management unit’s fixed income group. Prior to this role, Jefferson worked at BlackRock from June 2017 to August 2023, starting as an Investment Analytics Analyst and progressing to an Investment Analytics Associate, where responsibilities included risk reporting for external clients and leading multi-asset risk analytics for various clients. Jefferson holds a Master's degree in Finance with a concentration in Investment Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and Management, as well as Economics from Hartwick College. Educational grounding includes a High School International Baccalaureate from Blue Valley School.
