Jihee Kim

JiHee Kim is an experienced HR generalist currently employed at Barings since August 2018. Prior to this role, JiHee held positions at Pfizer as a Training Team Administrator and at Bayer as a Labor Management Specialist. Additionally, JiHee served as a C&B Manager at Korea Electrical Safety Corporation, where responsibilities included managing compensation and benefits for 3,000 employees and leading various payroll and welfare programs. JiHee began the professional journey with an internship at the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund focused on business research for small enterprises.
