Kartik Natarajan

Kartik Natarajan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in alternative equity and investor relations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Diversified Alternative Equity at Barings since January 2024, Natarajan also holds advisory roles at Peritia Capital Management and CaroGen Corporation. Previous positions include Head of Investor Relations at Blue Cloud Ventures, Senior Advisor at Wood Creek Capital Management, and Managing Director at Madison Park Group. Natarajan co-founded Elm City Ventures and worked as a Senior Associate at Conning Capital Partners and an Associate at Bear Stearns early in the career. Natarajan's education includes an MBA in Finance from Yale School of Management, a Master's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Connecticut, and an MSc (Hons) in Biological Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
