Michael Washington

Michael Washington has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael started their career in the United States Army Reserve as an Administrative Specialist, serving for eight years and completing a tour of duty in Operation Iraqi Freedom. After their military service, they joined Aon Hewitt as a Technology Support Analyst, where they worked for ten years. Michael then transitioned to TierPoint as an Operations Technician for a year before joining Barings as the US Lead - Global Technology and Data - Associate Director, where they currently work.

Michael Washington attended Johnson C. Smith University from 2000 to 2007, where they studied Computer Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Bloomberg Technical Training Certification from Bloomberg LP in 2022 and a Data Center Certified Associate certification from Schnieder Electric in 2018.
