Natalie Naticchia

Natalie Naticchia is currently a Global Private Finance Analyst at Barings, a position held since July 2023, where Natalie is part of a 70+ investment team involved in financing middle-market transactions. Prior to this role, Natalie served as a Field Hockey Captain and Career Advantage Ambassador at Davidson College from February 2020 to September 2023, collaborating with peers to enhance career opportunities for fellow students. Additional experience includes internships at Barings as a Marketing Intern and Global Communications Intern, participation as a Tour Guide, and outreach work with NextPlay. Natalie holds a degree in Communications from Davidson College and a Certificate in Business and Entrepreneurship from Furman University. Early career experiences include working as a Food Server at The Square Meal from June 2017 to June 2019.
