Owen Zingraff

Owen Zingraff is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, finance, and private credit. Since May 2019, Owen has held various leadership positions at Barings, including Managing Director and Associate General Counsel, where responsibilities encompass oversight of private credit legal matters. Prior to Barings, Owen was a Partner at Winston & Strawn LLP, focusing on corporate and finance law from August 2014 to May 2019. Earlier career milestones include roles at K&L Gates and Clifford Chance US LLP, where expertise in corporate, M&A, and banking and finance law was developed. Owen's education includes a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
