Sam Webb is a seasoned professional in business change and project management with extensive experience across various financial institutions. Currently serving as a Business Change and Project Manager at Barings since January 2025, Sam previously held roles such as Trading Project Manager at the London Metal Exchange and Digital Project Manager at Schroders, where the successful delivery of the Schroders Mobile App was achieved.
