Shawn Kimble

Shawn Kimble has a diverse work experience with a focus on real estate and capital markets. Shawn started their career as an Economic Development professional at Charlotte Center City Partners from 2007 to 2011. Shawn then joined Wells Fargo in 2013, where they worked in Real Estate Capital Markets until 2017. During this time, they gained expertise in the field. In 2017, Kimble transitioned to Barings, where they held various leadership roles, including Director of Capital Markets & Acquisitions, Managing Director, Head of U.S. Real Estate Capital Markets, and most recently, Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer - U.S. Real Estate. Their extensive experience showcases their strong background in the real estate industry and their progression into senior roles.

Shawn Kimble has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. They also completed an MBA Exchange program at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and hold a Master of Business Administration degree from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
