Will Zvara

Will Zvara is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private credit and investment banking. Currently serving as Managing Director of Private Credit Origination at Barings since June 2025, Zvara previously held the position of Managing Director in Private Credit at GoldenTree Asset Management from 2022 to 2025. Prior roles include Leveraged Finance at Wells Fargo (2015-2022), Summer Associate at Blackstone (2014), Private Equity Associate at Carousel Capital (2011-2013), Investment Banking Analyst at Edgeview Partners (2009-2011), and Real Estate Capital Markets Analyst at Wachovia Corp (2007-2009). Zvara earned an MBA from Columbia Business School (2013-2015) and a BBA from The University of Georgia (2003-2007), following graduation from The Bolles School with a high school diploma.
