Courtney Kaiser

Courtney Kaiser has extensive experience in sourcing and product development, currently serving as the Director of Sourcing at BARK since May 2019, having previously held roles as Senior Sourcing Manager and Sourcing Manager within the same company. Prior to this tenure, Courtney worked at Victoria's Secret from August 2017 to May 2019 as a Product Developer, and earlier held various product development roles at Ralph Lauren and Victoria's Secret. Initial career experiences include positions at Red Bull as a Field Marketing Associate and multiple internships focusing on product development, merchandising, and trend analysis at companies such as CBS Television Distribution, Browns Fashion, and Lalage Beaumont. Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree in Fabric Styling and an Associate's degree in Fashion Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology, as well as attending the London College of Fashion.
