Jared McNabb

Jared McNabb, CMCA, PCAM, currently serves as the General Manager at Barkan Management Co., Inc. since June 2022, overseeing the premier mixed-use development EchelonSeaport. Previously, Jared held the position of General Manager at Brook House Condominium Trust from December 2016 to June 2022, managing a high-rise condominium complex with nearly 800 residences and a large staff. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Acquisitions and Regional Portfolio Manager at Crowninshield Management Corporation, where management of a diverse portfolio of 900 residential and commercial units was key. Early career experience involved property management and assisting the CEO at KRASON MANAGEMENT. Jared holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Babson College, obtained in 2002.
