Patrick T Holland, CMCA, AMS is an experienced account executive currently at Barkan Management Co., Inc. since July 2024, while also cohosting a sports radio show at WOON 1240 Radio. Holland serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors for the Community Associations Institute - New England Chapter. Previously, Holland held the position of Associate Vice President of Condominium Management at Brigs, LLC from January 2020 to June 2024, and was Director of Sales & Business Development at Mediate Management Company from January 2008 to December 2019, managing operations for over 3,000 luxury condominium units. With prior roles at various companies in property management and real estate sales, Holland has extensive expertise in managing high-end properties, business development, and operations.
