Robert Kunze

Robert Kunze has extensive experience in the field of supply chain management and technology. Robert started their career in 2011 at Barkawi Management Consultants, where they worked as a Consultant, focusing on areas such as restructuring, cost optimization, and business model design. Robert later became the CEO Assistant at Barkawi Group from 2013 to 2015. Robert then took on the role of Manager Global Ventures from 2016 to 2019, where they were responsible for the development and investment management of global ventures within the Barkawi Group. In 2019, they were promoted to Vice President Global Ventures, M&A Barkawi Holding, where they continued to contribute to the company's mission of providing cutting-edge technology and superior services to enhance supply chain efficiency. In 2021, they assumed the role of Managing Director of Barkawi Technologies, leading the company in its mission to establish connected and transparent supply chain networks. Additionally, they have also invested in companies such as ClearOps: Supply Chain Software and ketteQ, both of which focus on supply chain solutions and software. Throughout their career, they have held various leadership positions and has been involved in mentoring and advisory roles in organizations such as B2X Care Solutions and Techstars.

Robert Kunze completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on EMBA, Innovation and Business Creation at the Technical University of Munich from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Business - East Asia Management from CBS International Business School during the period of 2006 to 2009. Additionally, in 2008, they participated in the International Chinese Business Program at Ocean University of China.
