Kailie Dishong

Director, Influencer Relations at Barkley

Kailie Dishong has a diverse range of work experience in public relations, influencer relations, and social media. Kailie began their career at Bath & Body Works as a Sales Associate, where they gained customer service skills. Kailie then moved on to roles in various organizations, including Sigma Kappa Sorority, where they served as the Public Relations Chair and led social media campaigns. Kailie also worked at Greek Programming Board and Mizzou vs. Alzheimer's, contributing to their social media presence and creating graphics. Kailie further developed their skills with internships at Goodwin Group PR and Regan Communications, where they assisted with social media strategy and implementation. Kailie also worked as a Social Media Specialist at M.C. Interiors, helping launch a lifestyle brand. Kailie then joined Division-D as an Account Executive, focusing on sales and building relationships with clients. Currently, Kailie is at Barkley, where they have held various roles including Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Account Supervisor, and their current role as the PR Director of Influencer Relations. In this position, they provide strategic counsel, builds partnerships with influencers and stakeholders, and educates audiences about the value of influencer relations.

Kailie Dishong obtained a Bachelor of Journalism degree in Strategic Communication from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Kailie attended the university from 2012 to 2016.
