Laron McKinnis

LaRon McKinnis has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and real estate industries. LaRon is currently working as the Director of Facilities and Real Estate at Barkley, where they oversee all facilities and real estate matters. Their responsibilities include supervising facilities operations services and managing budgets for facilities, office supply, and real estate leases.

Prior to their current role, LaRon worked at Free and Clear Enterprise, LLC for 4 years, serving as a Real Estate Developer, Construction Manager, Leasing Manager, and Property Manager. LaRon was responsible for the productivity and overall effectiveness of the organization.

LaRon has also held management positions at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. as an Operations Manager, InterContinental Hotels Group as an Event Operations Manager, Swissotel Chicago as a Banquet Operations Manager, Renaissance Chicago Hotel as a Front Desk Manager and Executive Steward, and Marriott International as a Restaurant Manager, Beverage Controller, and Banquet Manager.

Through their various roles, LaRon has gained experience in facilities and real estate management, construction, leasing, property management, operations management, event operations, banquet operations, and restaurant management.

LaRon McKinnis obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Public Administration from Drake University. LaRon pursued their education at Drake University from 1997 to 2002.
