Vaughn Allen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Vaughn most recently worked at Barkley as the SVP of Strategy starting from December 2019. Prior to that, they were the VP Strategy Director at Fitzco from June 2017 to December 2019, where they led strategy for brands like Coca-Cola and McCormick and conducted qualitative research on multicultural youth.

From November 2014 to May 2017, Allen worked as the VP Brand Planning Director at Arnold Worldwide. Earlier in their career, Allen worked at BBDO as an Account Supervisor from August 2007 to December 2008 and at Bartle Bogle Hegarty NY as an Account Manager from October 2002 to August 2007. Vaughn gained experience in account management and brand strategy, working on iconic brands such as Axe and Johnnie Walker.

Allen started their professional journey as an Intern at International Truck and Engine Corporation in 2000.

Vaughn Allen completed their undergraduate education from 1998 to 2002 at Indiana University Bloomington, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Their major areas of study were Marketing, International Business, and Spanish. In 2002, they briefly attended Tecnológico de Monterrey, although the specific degree or field of study they pursued there is not mentioned.
