Edward Froese has extensive experience in the concrete industry, currently serving as the Plant Manager of Barkman Concrete Ltd. in Steinbach since January 2020, after holding the position of Winnipeg Plant Manager from June 2002 to December 2011. Earlier in their career, Edward held various roles at Barkman Concrete, including Department Supervisor and Welder, specializing in stainless steel fabrication. Prior to this, Edward owned and operated a body shop, Chaperia Bonanza, for three years, following an eight-year tenure as a painter there. Edward holds an Industrial Supervision Certificate from RRC Polytech (2006-2007) and a Lean Green Belt Certification from CME.
