Michael Chlebek

Michael Chlebek has a diverse work experience in the marine industry. Michael started their career at Nautic Global Group in 2012, where they initially worked as a Quality Supervisor. Michael then progressed to become the Plant Manager, responsible for overseeing the operations of the manufacturing plant. Later, they transitioned into the role of Product Quality Manager, where they had overall responsibility for the quality of multiple divisions within Nautic Global Group. These divisions included Godfrey Pontoons, Hurricane Deck Boats, Polar Kraft fishing boats, and Rinker Boats. In 2016, Chlebek joined Godfrey Marine as the Materials and Engineering Manager, where they continued to contribute their expertise. Since 2017, they have been serving as Vice President of Operations at Barletta Boat Company, LLC. Michael has also held the position of Vice President of Purchasing at the same company.

Michael Chlebek obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University in the years 2002 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Technology/Technician from the same university, graduating between 2010 and 2013.
