Rick Cox has over three decades of work experience in the information technology field. Rick started their career as a Programmer/Operator at World Gospel Mission in 1984. Rick then worked as a Senior Programmer Analyst at Great Lakes Chemical from 1985 to 1988, where they developed and maintained accounting systems. From 1988 to 1991, they served as a Senior Programmer at Crowe Horwath LLP, where they were responsible for application development and database performance tuning.
In 1991, Rick joined Robert Bosch LLC and held multiple roles during their tenure. Rick initially worked as an Integration Analyst, responsible for database administration and server administration on various platforms. Rick then became the Manager of Server Infrastructure, overseeing the data center's server and storage infrastructure. Finally, they served as the Director of Datacenter Services, managing the 24x7 operation of the North American data center, supporting over 20,000 users.
After leaving Robert Bosch LLC, Rick worked as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Notre Dame Federal Credit Union from 2012 to 2014. In this role, they were responsible for IT operations, ensuring technology needs were met, IT security, and regulatory compliance.
Following their time at Notre Dame Federal Credit Union, Rick held various IT roles in the RV industry. Rick was the AX Systems Administrator at Keystone RV from 2016 to 2017 and the Systems Administrator at Jayco, Inc. in 2017. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as the Director of IT at CrossRoads RV.
Most recently, Rick has been serving as the IT Director at Barletta Boat Company, LLC since 2018.
Rick Cox attended Taylor University from 1980 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Business Administration. Additionally, in May 2008, they obtained the ITIL v3 Foundation certification from APMG-International.
