Josh Wilks

Josh Wilks is the Head of Engineering at Barley, a compensation intelligence platform focused on providing smart compensation solutions. Prior to his current role, he held positions such as Venture CTO at Koru, Co-Founder and VP Engineering at TribalScale, Senior Software Engineer at Pivotal Software, Inc., and various engineering roles at Pivotal Labs and Xtreme Labs Inc. He has experience developing mobile applications for multiple platforms and has worked with technologies such as Golang, Java Spring, Node.js, React, and more. Josh is a University of Waterloo graduate with a Bachelors of Mathematics in Honours Computer Science with Business option.
