Charlene Ruffy

Charlene Ruffy is an experienced Respiratory Care Practitioner with a comprehensive background in respiratory therapy spanning several years. Currently employed at Barlow Respiratory Hospital since August 2022, Charlene has also worked at Country Oaks Care Center, Mission Care Center, and Arrowhead Springs Healthcare during various tenures in 2022 and 2023. Prior experience includes a significant role at Legacy Healthcare from March 2016 to February 2022. Charlene holds an Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy from American Career College, completed between 2013 and 2015, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management from De La Salle University, earned from 1999 to 2002.
