Chris Wierenga

Chris joined Barloworld in 1998. Since joining Barloworld Chris was the CE of the Digital Disposal Solutions business in the Automotive division and has held various roles in Strategy at Group and divisional levels. Chris has been leading Group Strategy; Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A); Barloworld Business System and Group Property and has been directly involved in M&A activity across the group. Chris recently assumed overall responsibility for SMD and Barloworld Logistics and in addition, effective 1 January 2022 Chris took up the position as CEO of the Consumer Industries vertical of Barloworld.
