Prior experience includes roles as HSE Coordinator and Supervisor, highlighting a strong commitment to workplace safety with minimal injury records. Janibyek holds multiple degrees and certifications, including a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a Black Belt in Six Sigma Continuous Improvement, complemented by extensive training in HSE practices and auditing.
