Evan Edwards

Evan Edwards has worked as a Backend Engineer at Degreed since June 2023. Prior to that, they were a Software Development Engineer II at Barn2Door, Inc. from January 2023 to March 2023. In this role, they supported ongoing projects, refactored key business logic, and developed enhancements to web applications using the SERN stack. Before that, Evan worked as a Software Engineer at General Motors from July 2020 to January 2023. Evan also has experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Pledge Fulfilment Systems from June 2019 to November 2019, where they assisted in the development of a cloud-based charitable payroll deduction system.

Evan Edwards completed their Bachelors (Honours) degree in Computer Science from the University of Plymouth between 2017 and 2020. In addition to their academic qualification, Evan obtained a certification in WSET 2 from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in July 2021.
