Austin Dasis has a diverse work experience in various industries. Austin started their career as a SalesFloor Associate at Old Navy in 2019, where they had responsibilities such as ensuring the store was up to company standards and providing customer service.

In 2018, Austin worked as a Security Guard for Landmark Event Staffing Services Inc. Austin then gained experience in the construction industry as an intern at FAMCO DEVELOPMENT INC in 2019, where they cycled through different crews and learned about concrete work.

In 2021, Austin interned at Del Amo Construction as a Project Intern, where they assisted the Project Manager and Superintendent in tasks such as scheduling, communication with subcontractors, and problem-solving. Austin also obtained Pro-core and Cal-OSHA 10 certifications during this internship.

In 2023, Austin joined Barnard Construction as a Project Engineer, where they perform a wide range of engineering and management functions, including planning, estimating, quality control, cost control, and procuring. Austin also works with the estimating team at the home office when not assigned to a project.

Throughout their career, Austin also gained experience as a CAED Workshop Technician at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they trained students in equipment usage and assisted with project fabrication.

Austin Dasis attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2018 to 2023, earning a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications related to construction safety and management. Austin received the OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification from ClickSafety in July 2023, the OSHA 10-Hour certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute in July 2022, and the Cal-OSHA-10 certification from ClickSafety in July 2021. Austin also acquired the Pro-Core Certificate from Procore Technologies in July 2021.
