Stanley Hughes, P.E. has a diverse range of work experience in the construction and engineering industry. Stanley began their career in 2009 as a Summer Maintenance worker for the Nanticoke Housing Authority, where they gained practical experience in maintenance tasks. In 2014, they had internships at both the DEP, Department of Environmental Protection and Gannett Fleming, where they focused on water resources and engineering projects.

From 2015 to 2017, Stanley worked as a Project Engineer at ASI Constructors, where they were involved in various project management tasks and engineering responsibilities. Stanley then joined ASI Construction LLC in 2017 as a Project Manager, overseeing and managing construction projects.

In 2018, Stanley joined Barnard Construction as a Project Manager, before transitioning to the role of Quality Control Manager in April 2021. In these roles, they demonstrated their ability to successfully manage projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Additionally, in April 2015, they obtained the certification of Fundamentals of Engineering (EIT) from Pennsylvania. Subsequently, in January 2020, they achieved the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the State of Tennessee.
