Aletia Oberholster is a Senior Associate with extensive experience in intellectual property law, currently working at Barnard since March 2024 and previously at Von Seidels from September 2023 to February 2024. Aletia's practice encompasses intellectual property portfolio management, brand management, strategic planning, trademark prosecution and registration, pre-clearance searching and reporting, and IP due diligence investigations within the African context.
