Viteshen Naidoo is a Junior Associate at Barnard Inc., specializing in intellectual property protection since January 2023. Previously, as a Junior Associate at Nordien Law, Viteshen managed general practice matters with a focus on legal correspondence and estate administration. Viteshen also served as an IP Consultant at Unibuddy, working with research and development teams on intellectual property assets. Experience as a Candidate Attorney at NCA Attorneys & Conveyancers involved civil litigation and estates, while earlier roles provided exposure to the magistrates courts in Durban and Verulam. Viteshen holds a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Western Cape.
