Michael Clarke

Michael Clarke is a seasoned media and communications professional, currently serving as the National Media Officer at Barnardo’s since 2017. Previously, Michael held various positions including Media Manager at the Big Lottery Fund and Senior Press Officer at Citizens Advice, where they developed strategic media plans and enhanced organizational visibility. Michael began their career as a Senior Reporter at the Evening Gazette and has won accolades such as Essex Journalist of the Year. They are furthering their education with a Bachelor of Laws at Anglia Ruskin University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Newspaper Journalism from the University of Central Lancashire.
