Zvi Gabbay has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Zvi started their career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office, where they worked from March 1998 to June 2003. Zvi then moved on to Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates, where they worked as an Associate from May 2005 to August 2008. Following this, they joined the Israel Securities Authority as the Head of Enforcement from September 2008 to December 2010. Zvi Gabbay then worked at Gornitzky & Co. as a Partner from February 2011 to June 2013, before becoming a Founding Partner at Adini Berger Gabbay, Law firm, where they worked from July 2013 to 2016. Currently, they are the Head of Capital Markets Department at Barnea Jaffa Lande, a position they have held since May 2016.

Zvi Gabbay has an extensive education history in the field of law. Zvi began their education at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from 1994 to 1998. Following this, they pursued further specialization in law by obtaining a Master of Laws degree from Bar-Ilan University for the academic year 2001-2002. Continuing their academic journey, Gabbay enrolled at Columbia University and earned a Master of Laws degree specializing in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration, Mediation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution in 2003-2004. Finally, they completed their education at Columbia University by obtaining a Doctoral Degree (JSD) with a focus on Securities Law, White Collar Crime, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Administrative Law from 2004 to 2006.
