Bart Weihl has a diverse and extensive work experience in the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Bart has held various leadership roles in multiple companies, including Barnes Aerospace, AMP Robotics, Owens Corning, GE, Exelis, Patriot Machine, GKN Aerospace, Missouri Enterprise, and Boeing.

At Barnes Aerospace, Bart served as the Vice President of Global Operations and Continuous Improvement, overseeing manufacturing operations for aerospace products worldwide. Bart also held the position of Vice President - Aftermarket Operations, SBU President, where they had full P&L responsibility for manufacturing operations.

During their time at AMP Robotics, Bart was the Vice President - Facility Operations, leading the development and application of AI technologies for material recycling.

At Owens Corning, Bart served as the Director - Advanced Manufacturing Technology, focusing on advancing the company's competitive position through the development and application of manufacturing technologies.

At GE, Bart held the position of Executive - Global Operations & Supply Chain in the Advanced Manufacturing Initiatives Group (AMIG), where they drove operational excellence projects and best practice strategies.

At Exelis, Bart was the Director of Integrated Systems Operations, responsible for P&L and overseeing composite aerospace structures and integrated electronic systems production.

At Patriot Machine, Bart was the Director - Engineering and Operations, responsible for P&L and day-to-day operations of an aerospace and oil & gas component machining facility, including new business development and continuous improvement activities.

At GKN Aerospace, Bart held the role of VP/GM, overseeing a multi-shift union facility and P&L responsibility for composite operations.

At Missouri Enterprise, Bart worked as a Field Engineer, implementing Lean Manufacturing and facility planning, and assisting in strategic business plans for client organizations.

At Boeing, Bart was a Senior Technical Specialist, supporting R&D efforts and equipment designs for electronic and mechanical hardware validation.

Bart Weihl has a diverse education history. In 1990, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. Bart then pursued further studies at the same institution and completed a Master's degree in Engineering Management from 1992 to 1994.

In 1994, Bart attended Washington University in St. Louis again, this time undertaking a Master's degree in Management of Technology, which they completed in 1995.

Later, in 2005, Bart participated in an Executive Leadership Development Program at Columbia Business School.

In 2014, Bart also completed a similar program, the Executive Leadership Development Program, at The Wharton School.

Additionally, Bart has acquired relevant knowledge and skills through various certifications. In 2015, they completed the Executive Leadership GE Introduction program at the GE Management Development Institute - Crotonville. In 2016, they also participated in the Experienced Leadership Challenge program at the same institute.

Furthermore, Bart obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification in December 2017 from the Breakthrough Performance Group, LLC.
