Darral Saw

Darral Saw currently serves as the Continuous Improvement Lead at Barnes Aerospace, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Darral accumulated over 13 years of experience at MB Aerospace, progressing from Process Technician to Process Engineer, Shift Manager, and finally, Business Support Manager. Darral's responsibilities included leading production teams, leveraging Lean and Quality tools for process improvement, and managing critical projects for high-profile clients such as Rolls-Royce. Earlier career experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at Oasis Care South West, providing care for children with severe behavioral challenges. Darral is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership and Management from the University of Plymouth, building on prior qualifications in Engineering Manufacturing and Outdoor Education.
