Jim Fitzpatrick has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the aerospace and consulting industries. Jim started their career at Accenture in 1998 and held positions as a Senior Consultant, Manager, and Senior Manager. In 2005, they joined Barnes Aerospace as the Director of Strategy and later became the Director of Corporate Lean Initiatives at Barnes Group Inc. in 2008. In 2010, they returned to Barnes Aerospace as the Director of Global Business Development & Strategy and eventually served as the Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Strategy & Customer Focus.

Jim Fitzpatrick completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering at Dartmouth College from 1989 to 1992. Jim then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical Engineering at the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth from 1992 to 1993. Later, they attended The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General.
