Neil Ward is a highly experienced professional who has held various key roles in the aerospace industry since 1985. Neil has worked at Barnes Aerospace and Rolls-Royce in sales, management, and technical positions. Neil's expertise includes MRO operations, lean principles, component refurbishment, and composite fabrication. Neil has also managed programs, implemented improvement initiatives, and facilitated component strategies during their career. Neil holds a degree in Integrated Manager Development Scheme from the University of Warwick and a City & Guilds Mechanical Engineering qualification from the University of Derby.
