Paul Dembek

Paul Dembek is an accomplished Sr CNC Programmer with extensive experience in the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Currently at Barnes Aerospace since May 2023, Paul has held various programming roles at notable companies, including MB Aerospace and Hanwha Aerospace USA. Paul’s career began in 1978 as a CNC Programmer at Hamilton Sundstrand, progressing to positions such as Project Manufacturing Engineer at Hamilton Standard and advancing through several senior programming roles at Barnes Aerospace, Jarvis Surgical, and SPX Precision Components. Paul Dembek's technical expertise is supported by educational credentials from Hartford State Technical College.
