Rick Glass has extensive work experience in the aviation industry, primarily in sales, business development, and marketing roles. Rick started their career in 1999 as the VP of Sales and Marketing at ATI, where they had global responsibilities for aero engine component repair businesses. Rick then moved on to various leadership positions, including VP of Sales and Marketing at VAS Aero Services, Material Sales Director at GE Aviation, and Senior VP of Aero, Sales, and Marketing at PAS Technologies. Glass also served as the Global VP of Business Development, Sales, and Marketing at Lockheed Martin Commercial Flight Training, where they later became the Director of Business Development for Airbus, UK & Ireland. Before that, they worked as a Corporate Development Consultant at Executive Decision. In 2019, they became the Director of Business Development at AMST-Aviation. Glass also had their own consulting business as an Aviation Consultant for Sales, BD, and Marketing. In 2023, they joined Barnes Aerospace as the Sales Director for Europe & Middle East.
