Allison Romano

Allison Romano has extensive experience in corporate governance and securities, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Governance and Securities at Barnes & Noble, Inc. since August 2012, following roles as Senior Corporate Paralegal and Senior Manager in the same domain. Prior to joining Barnes & Noble, Romano worked as a Paralegal at Apollo Global Management LLC from June 2011 to August 2012 and as an Investment Management Paralegal at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, LLP from June 2007 to June 2011. Romano holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Boston University, awarded in 2004, and completed additional studies at Northeastern University in 2005.
