David Bauer

David Bauer is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience in various retail and corporate environments. Currently serving as the Regional Facilities Manager at Barnes & Noble, Inc. since August 2022, David has previously held key positions such as Facilities Manager at Firefly and Gucci, and managed facility operations for notable companies including Hines and XpresSpa. David's earlier roles include leadership in retail repair and maintenance at David Yurman and store facilities management at New York & Company. With a Bachelor’s of Arts in Business Management/Marketing from Felician University, David has also contributed to industry organizations as Co-Chair of the Membership & Networking Committee at PRSM.
