Usman Suglatwala

Usman Suglatwala is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in web application development and system analysis. Currently serving as a Sr Systems Analyst at Barnes & Noble, Inc. since December 2014, Usman leads the development and enhancement of a proprietary customer service web application and brings nearly a decade of expertise in the ServiceNow platform. Previously, Usman worked as a Web Developer at Perseus Books Group and as a Senior Web Developer at BZ Media, where responsibilities included integrating system architecture for lead management. Usman’s earlier roles as a Senior Software Engineer at Saltriver Infosystems and Software Engineer at Dev Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. involved developing various applications and leading project support for junior developers. Usman holds a BS in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
