Josh Bauer

Josh Bauer is an experienced engineering and quality leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Quality at Barnes since March 2025. Prior to this role, Josh held the position of General Manager at PCC Structurals, Inc. from February 2024 to March 2025. Josh's expertise includes significant roles at Precision Castparts, where responsibilities included Plant Manager-Tilton and Quality & Engineering Manager from August 2020 to February 2024. Earlier experience includes serving as Engineering Manager at GSC Foundries from March 2017 to August 2020. Josh Bauer earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Weber State University, completing the degree in January 2012.
