Dylan Tarpley

Dylan Tarpley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, sales, and training. Currently serving as the Business Development Team Lead at Barnhart Crane & Rigging since January 2021, Dylan has excelled in opportunity creation and team leadership. Dylan also works as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer at CrossFit Mobile, facilitating group training sessions. Prior roles include Worship Pastor and Teaching Pastor at His Holy Hill Church, where team leadership and worship planning were key responsibilities, and Inside Sales Representative at Barrett Firearms Mfg, Inc, recognized as a Presidents Club Winner for outstanding sales performance.
