Micahl Faux

Micahl Faux is a seasoned professional in business development and risk management, currently serving as Regional Business Development Director at Barnhart Crane & Rigging since March 2021, where responsibilities include leading and mentoring a business development team to achieve annual sales goals. Prior to this, Micahl held various positions at USI Insurance Services, including Vice President and Strategic Account Development Representative, focusing on risk management consultancy. Additional experience includes roles at Brown & Brown Insurance, Aspen Insurance Group, Allied World, and the Manchester CT Police Department, with foundational work as a Marine in the United States Marine Corps. Micahl holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Post University.
